About This Exercise
The kettlebell snatch is an advanced ballistic movement that explosively drives the kettlebell from ground to overhead in one smooth motion. This high-intensity exercise builds power, endurance, and mental toughness. Progress through volume cycles (5-20 sets of 5/5) before advancing to density cycles with increasing reps per set.
